Returns Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return To start a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
